Terms of Service: Ignite Your Brand Google Ads Tool
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Ignite Your Brand Google Ads Tool is an internal tool operated by Ignite Your Brand ("we", "us"). It is not offered to the public. These terms apply to the people we authorize to use it ("authorized users").
1. Who may use it
Only people we have authorized may use the tool. Authorized users may connect only Google Ads accounts that they own or are authorized to access and manage. Access can be withdrawn at any time.
2. What the tool does
The tool reads reporting data from Google Ads accounts the user can already access, and, only after the user approves each specific change, can make limited changes to those accounts (for example pausing a keyword, adding a negative keyword, or changing a budget). Changes are previewed first and recorded in a change log.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for every change you approve.
- Review each previewed change before you approve it. The tool never applies a change on its own.
- Follow the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, Google's advertising policies, and any agreements with the owners of the accounts you manage.
- Keep your sign-in secure. Do not share credentials or token files.
4. Google and third-party services
The tool uses Google's sign-in and the Google Ads API. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's terms. Advertising data may be analyzed with an AI assistant (Claude, provided by Anthropic) running under the user's own account, subject to that provider's terms. See our Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty
The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Analysis and recommendations it produces may be incomplete or wrong. Advertising results are not guaranteed, and changes can affect spend and performance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue or lost profit arising from use of the tool.
7. Ending access
You can stop using the tool and revoke its access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or end access at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
